Thanks Charlie and Dave, I had one significant item that did not get authenticated that was a resubmit. I won it from Hunt Auctions and they told me James Spence had signed-off on it. Guess I will go back to Hunt to see if they can help me.

I'll scan these when I get them, likely early next week.

...yeah a relative steal :lol: for what I paid for the item and then to have it slabbed based on what I typically see for a slabbed Speaker....

thanks Charlie and Dave. I have to check but I believe the photo is from Bay's first game with the Red Sox last season after he was traded.

just verified and the pic is from Bay's first game with the Sox on August 1, 2008 against the Oakland A's.

Scott congrats on the index cards. looking forward to seeing the scans.

Good Morning Gents!!! Just got my PC up and running :mrgreen: Took a couple days but I think it up and running just like a brand new machine I haven't read through the thread yet ::facepalm:: ...too stoke to be posting from my own computer :lol: I'm taking care of some scanning a mailday from a fellow MTer that sent a few days ago How is everyone doing??

Hi Alex! Good to hear the pc is up and running. You having a good mid-week weekend?

Charlie- I did. Pretty crazy. Did you get a bid in?

Thanks!!! It's nice because I got rid of everything I was too lazy to cleanup anyways (PC wise). I now have a webcam installed for some potential future live MT box breaks or something. I figure I will try to use it so when SS rolls out I can post a fun video My midweek is going pretty well...Jen and I spent the last 2 days going through the WHOLE house and closets for a garage sale we are having on Saturday :? Should go well though...we figure we will sell what we can in one day, donate the rest to Goodwill or Salvation Army and be rid of it for good :lol: How is the week going for you dude??

Nah, didn't bother. I knew who the high bidder was, and I know his top-end was much higher
because he just doesn't care what he pays for cards. Plus, if I'm going to spend that much for
a PC card, it's going to be a good copy, not one with a corner ding.

I have a couple questions for you guys. I've never put pics in my sig before, but I got to thinking that might be a good way to link my collections. So I used one card for each collection. I haven't finsihed the Dunn collection yet and I'll add Griffey when I get that one scanned. So does it look alright? Are the pics too big? I don't want to have one of those HUGE sigs. Does it look better than the blue links?

.....glad you enjoyed opening these Alex!! Always like to help with a HOF collection!! I love the simplicity of the 1969 set. Wish I had more of them to share... take care....

Yup. And already waayy out of my price range

It's already at about triple what my most expensive PC card is.
I think I'll just keep my fingers crossed that a solo barrel pops up someday :?

I think that would look great Joe. Only problem I foresee is that you can't link each
collection individually with the rotating sig
