Good morning everyone..

My parents came over yesterday evening for dinner and cake.. Alway good to see them.. Even though they live less than 20 miles away, we see them once every few months..

They gave me a nice B-Day package.. (Car cleaing stuff, Almond Roca, and a Baseball Quiz book!)

Russ, great pics.. Sorry you lost out on the Ripkens.. (It wasn't me.. :lol: )

Alex, I see that UW is now a ranked team this week.. Seahawks looked... like they got bullied around.. The M's.. Griffey still master of the Yanks..

George, great job on that pickup.. nice to grab something that no one sees..

I've been working on the SP Game Used Bat Auto's from 2001.. I only need 1 to finish the set.. but an overpriced EBAY store has one..

FUN :lol: :lol: no way i can tell how much . met 7 team collectors , opened about 15 boxes of cards .seats eight rows back from left field section 82. close enough that players were reacting to guy in seats yelling .
The hit from boxes = Ted Williams / Stan Musial Quad gu #/50 went to Cardinal collector .
Ready for next year's trip but broke Cost / spent total about $1000.

Little vindication.... but it still feels good! :lol: I hope the second meeting will be a different outcome for the Bills. The Pats still way outmuscle the Bills in a lot of ways so I shouldn't say anything, but why in blue blazes they picked up Fragile Fred Taylor is beyond me. What happened to Dillon? Did he retire?

Had a discount on room still cost[150] 300. for two nights, food under 200 , gas 100, rental car 150 , misc 100 ., tickets 100. that is for wife , son and myself.
we had one couple fly from Seattle another from West Texas so my cost sounds low .

it's G20 week here in Pittsburgh so there will be a lot of road closures and protesters in the streets. hopefully it doesn't get too crazy. the National Guard will be patrolling the city Wed-Fri and the state is providing 1,000 cops in addition to the 500 or so city police and 200 county police.

George congrats on the great price on the A&G Red

wore a g/u jersey of crawdads #44 several asked about it , really asked about Hickory on front. took maybe 5 miutes to get out of parking lot - heck some nights at local game takes 45 plus .

Morning fellas. I go back up to Indy next Tuesday to see if the doc wants to do another surgery. My knee really looks funky when I walk. Hurts like the Dickens when it locks out though. The path of travel is just...weird. My right foot still kinda swings around to get to its destination, which is also weird. Oh well, we'll see what comes of Tuesday and hope for the best.

For today may all of your card spendings be showoffable, your trades be successful, and may your to-do lists be short and done mid-day so you can watch MNF!

I'm off to see the...no, wait. I'm off to...add to the Kinsler PC!
