That card is incredible. Sick pickup Chris. What's with the speckled areas? Is it foil stamped with sparkles?? Your scanner makes it look like static on a TV. Maybe its just my laptop. Doesn't matter!!

It is foil, when looking at it at an angle, then tilting it back and forth, looks like what the inside of a shell would look like, if that makes sense, like an oyster shell.

Presidential Issue is an actual Donruss parallel?

Love the sparkles.

To the best of my knowledge it is.
As you can see, is stamped Presidential Edition on the left side.
On the back of the card, is foil stamped 2/2.
Below the sig, you cant see in the scan, but is embroised with the Authentic Signature Donruss stamp.
As for the sparkles, that is more my scanner than anything, it is very cool looking in person.

I've always thought that was one of the nicer game-used/auto sets, but I wish they didn't make the top and bottom so shiny. It takes attention away from the main part of the card.
