My annual Festivus contest.

So two weeks ago Wednesday, I got to pay $2300 for a new transmission in my our car. The day after we got our car back, I found out I have a pretty serious blood clot in my leg, and got to spend a few days in the hospital. Good thing was I got to spend some quality time with my wife and 2 yr old son afterwards, as I just went back to work last night. Just wish it had been under different circumstances.
