I know Topps has had some issues with multiple copies of same serial numbered cards, but this is the first time I have had a card that showed up somewhere else. Correct me if I am wrong but aren't these the same card?

Right. It just works out that the regular version is numbered to 45 and his jersey number is 45 so that's what that version is numbered to.

Plus, the signatures are definitely different too. Dumb of UD to make 2 separate similar cards numbered the same.
