yes, that's the same card, this set is very condition sensitive so a psa 10 is hard to find.

the last 3 Biggio r32 psa 10's sold for $29.33 (march 22 '08), $49.00 (march 3 '09), $37.50 (may 12 '09)

if you don't care about condition you could buy one that isn't as nice for like $5, if you just don't like the case yes you can crack it (I wouldn't recommend it).

Probably because you could damage a "10" in the process.
Like he said, you could pick an ungraded one for a more less expensive price.
