Thanks to Boxbreaker44 I sent a few email request out last week and got these today.

it's a preprint. they send one of those out every year for each team. unfortunately so is the mack brown- look closely at the auto. the only part that's signed is ther personalization

I didnt notice it but you are right on the Mack Brown but the other one is a little hard to tell Im sure you are right but oh well.
