My haul from Texas Rangers Fan Fest!! More pics added!!!!

Well this was my first trip to Rangers Fan Fest. Needless to say I learned alot. I took my wife, 2 little girls (2 1/2 and 8 months) and my nephew who is 12. First off we were late because the night before we spent half the night in the Emergency room (that is a notherstory all in itself). So since we were late I missed out on getting Josh Hamilton. Then I had to rush around so I could get in line for Derek Holland. He was really nice. Also signing with Holland was Kasey Kiker and Michael Ballard. They we all really nice and very chatty. I rushed down stairs after that to get in line for Chris Davis but the line was already closed. I got my nephew in line for Ian Kinsler and he waited for 2 1/2 hours for his but he got it. Ian is his favorite player. While he was in line for that I rushed back up stairs to get in line for Neftali Feliz and Michael Main. Feliz was not signing on the Sweet Spot so I asked my Wife to ask him to sign on the Sweet Spot and he did. Here are the pictures of the 3 Balls I got signed. I will get pictures of the other stuff in a bit.

Congrats on the pick-ups, it is nice to have the time to do this and I hope you enjoyed yourself.

So what you learned was, do not take kids under 8 years old right, since they have an attention span of like, 2 minutes
and can't to be waiting around for grown man, to get signature of other grown men on a baseball.

Glad your nephew was able to get the player he was looking for.
I did this same thing a few years back for the Cubs, My kids went the first 2 years, but ever since when I go,
I go with my wife, it is like a mini vacation, honeymoon again. LOL.

I bought tickets for the Natsfest today but after hearing the pitiful lineup of players i didnt even go.

Nice stuff.I really wanted to do some of the rangers caravan and get Hamilton and Teagarden but I just haven't been able to.I am lucky I am not in jail after what happened at the last auto signing for the astros caravan.

I hate it when you spend a long time in line for an auto and the player won;t sign it on the sweetspot for you.I had Ty Wigginton do this to me after I was waiting in line for 5 hours and I was ticked.In 30 degree weather and rain for 5 hours...I'd better get a auto on the sweetspot dude!
