Obviously won't mean much to a "Pro" Pens Hockey forum ...... But they have been playing great and it's been a pleasure to watch.

After that horrid start I thought we would never make up the ground.... but now 2 points out before Christmas!!! I am loving it.

Obviously Phil Kessel has been a huge add.... but Komi has come back strong and the puck has been getting stopped!

I am just happy is all .... this is a big week coming up, we need to pick up the two points against Phoenix that's for sure.... would be awesome to see them in a playoff position by christmas.

I am actually really surprised with what Kessel has done for the Leafs, never thought he would make such a big impact. I dont know exactly what the leafs record is since Kessel started playing, but i think its somewhere above .600.

I too didn't think he would make such a big impact and I am kind of glad to be proven wrong because he seems like a great guy and it's good to see him doing better in Toronto than he did in Boston.

I wish you guys would get Tyler Bozak up from the Marlies. I'm a University of Denver alum and season-ticket holder and I'm still bitter that he left us after only two years to sign a pro-contract and he's not up playing with the big boys.

I know he got behind the 8-ball a bit with the flu early in the season. Can't wait to see what he can do when the Leafs give him an extended look.

Thanks, Yeah but that Caps team is soooo tough.... they must know something about the Caps because they do seem to have success against them.

they've been playing really well this season, I have been pleasantly surprised. The first 10 games or so were really rough, but they have come around.

Kessel has been a huge acquisition, and he is making everyone around him better as well. Toskala seems to be healthy and has found his game, so that gives Gustavsson more time to recover and adjust to the NHL.
