Well, long story short, a buddy of mine wrote a book about baseball. He's the one who runs the fundraiser every year that I got you Frank Tepedinos card signed at this year. So he's very connected to baseball, etc. He was doing a town carnival day or whatever. So he brought Doc in with him as his draw. He did a private signing with Doc and then Doc signed at the carnival, and he sold his books. Well, since we are buddies, I ran the private signing and then took the tickets from the people getting their stuff signed by Doc, so I pretty much got to spend the whole day with him. It was pretty freaking awesome, he was super cool and down to earth, and didn't seem like he was on drugs at all. We talked about a whole bunch of stuff, and if I remember correctly, besides Shea his favorite place to pitch was Dodger Stadium because the mound was higher. Oh and he's a New York Football Giants fan like myself, so we talked a bunch about that. All in all, a really fun cool day.
