Travis Blankenhorn, signed the Syracuse card, then asked my name cuz he said he only personalizes the RC, and then since my son was with me, I had him personalize the heritage “To Logan”

One of the best things about Topps Now is that it has given cards to players that historically would never have gotten one.

Mark Vientos got promoted and is with the big club, so his little m turns to a big M making my numbers 486M (48m, 21misc)

Then my next add puts me at 487M (48m, 21misc.)

Nate Fisher, TTM to Syracuse, he was a feel good story recently going from the “bank to the bullpen”, but just as quickly as he made his debut he was DFA’ed, passed through waivers and remained with the team.

Congrats on the haul. However, all of this here is leading me to the brink of ending my autograph collecting. Athletes, most of who make more $ in a few seasons than I'll make in my entire lifetime worrying about collectors (or even resellers) making a few bucks off signed rookie cards or anything else (sweet spots, premium items, etc) for that matter, not to mention the absolute slop that now constitutes a signature. That last one is more a reflection of society and how kids are taught (or not taught) penmanship, but really who can get all that excited about a bunch of scribbles, especially when it's not on an image that someone can easily identify now or later. You know 50 or 100 years from now, there is a very good chance that someone may be holding those very items or some very similar, asking for someone to ID the signatures!

Even the possibility of Judge coming to LA is another reason that makes me question if its still fun for me. I missed the boat on him, so having to cough up crazy cash to keep the Dodger collecting current (if Betts didn't halt it already) is frustrating at best. I guess my age is starting to shine through...grumpy old man syndrome.

Billy McKinney, which is actually a Brewers card, but it doesn’t say so on the front combined with the lack of logos and blue color makes this the closest I’m going to get to a signed Mets card of him

Jake Reed, another logoless, but this one actually says New York so I’ll take it, another guy who’s long gone, I think to 2-3 other teams already last year, so this is again, the best Mets card I’ll get of him
