When do we start blowing this thing up? Keep Brauny, Lucroy and Greinke, Everyone else can go.

I can't complain with the outcome, but Braun really struggled playing the outfield wall all series as he seemed to misjudge every ball that went to the fence and I don't know why they felt the need to bring Axlford back out and leave him out there after his command was obviously god awful, but thank you!

You think Greinke is going to re-sign with Milwaukee after this year? The sad part is, I believe he wants to stay.

Do the Brewers need a lefty starter and a young third baseman? Valencia and Liriano for Grienke might not be too bad for the two teams.

The smart thing is to trade Greinke now. I see very little chance of resigning him at this point.

I think he'll stay. He's 14-0 at Miller Park. Greinke is all about comfort and he has that in Milwaukee. The media stays off his back and he can live his life in peace. For a guy with social anxiety Milwaukee is the perfect place to stay.

Aoki needs to added to this list. Every team needs a solid lead off hitter and this kid can play.

I agree. It is time to bring up these youngsters now. Scooter, Thornburg, Peralta, Schafer and Gindl.

He had that in Kansas City as well, it's not like the media here is any worse and even today he has tons of fan support.

Yeah, but he was traded. He didn't walk out of KC.

Axford has been the problem, along with a struggling bullpen. I give Axford props for going back out there. At least he was throwing some strikes last night. Wednesday night was unwatchable. Also, I don't think that WP gets past Lucroy; so one injury to one guy very clearly cost us one out, which cost us the game eventually. I guess that's what makes baseball so deep, yet so frustrating.

I didn't hold out much hope for the season after the injuries set in. I'm not adverse to trades, but DO NOT bring up guys that are too young and stunt their careers by throwing them in the deep end when they're not ready. There is no point in bringing up more outfielders if they will be overwhelmed by MLB pitching; and guys like Gennett and Thirnburg still need another year.

Brewers fans are going to have to suck it up and slog through a tough season. At least they didn't fill us with a sense of false hope like in 2004.

Whoops. I actually forgot about that...lol Probably cause we got half of the package in the trade back when Yuni resigned as a Free Agent.

I don't know about that WP, it was pretty nasty and I can't believe Meier swung at it since the ball didn't even make it to the plate so any backstop would of had a difficult time with it. Though I do see what you are saying since in that at bat a lot of balls didn't make it into his glove and went rolling away.

It is my opinion, but how do you know it will stunt their careers, how do you know this. Some guys just play too long in the minors, they need a challenge and when they taste the Major Leagues they want to stay and work even harder. Bring up outfielders who actually will have some burning desire to play the game, Gomez and Nyjer need to go.

After all the injuries and the way the season has gone so far with the bullpen and Weeks sucking it up, I gave up on any playoff hope a couple of weeks ago. I was almost hoping they'd get swept last night if only because of the great water cooler talk for today. Gonna be a long summer. Of course they could get hot, but I can't think of anyone on this team who has had it going for more than a 4 game stretch all year. I'd love for them to surprise me but.....meh seem to be in a holding pattern waiting for someone other than Braun to step up
