So I got to the shop yesterday, and they had one sealed jumbo box left ($115). He offered to break it for packs for me ($10.99 each), so I bought 4. Out of those 4, I hit 3 autos (Josh Thole ref, Josh Donaldson base and ref), so I certainly beat the odds there. Also got 1 USA Chrome (Castellano(?)) and one regular refractor (Wing).
Anyways, I sorted out the chrome cards and started reading the backs to see their ages and pedigrees and whatnot. I noted that on Grant Green's card, it says he "grew up idolizing the All-Time Hits Leader," or something to that effect. So I'm curious if Pete Rose's exclusion from licensed cards extends to the exclusion of his very name. I'm assuming it has to, but does anyone know for sure?
