My Playoff Contenders Set UPDATE w/ Scans

I'm almost done with the 2008 Playoff Contenders set. Two super short prints arrived today for my set. I'm glad I finally found a Max Ramirez . Does anyone know if Chris Johnson was ever released as an auto??? I've only seen the Championship Ticket auto #1/1 that sold on eBay last month but have never seen a regular base auto. I still need the following for my set. I'm not going to get the 3 basketball SPs so my set will only be 127 cards. LMK if you can help with these below.
