My semi-steal arrived today.

I' a Cardinals fan and I've seen Anderson play in person many times while he was in and I'd say semi-steal is fair and I'd love to have that card.

One of my favorite cards is an Anderson 05 Chrome IP auto.

I'm just not sure he's ever going to wear the Red Birds on the chest...I'm interested to see where is career goes in '09...hopefully he is part of a trade that brings in a hot arm in for the Cardinals. And hopefully the team that gets him gives him plenty of playing time and he capitalizes on it.

Boston should trade one of their young arms for him instead of throwing down mega bucks for Mauer.

Me too! I'd be happy for Anderson and my favorite team would get a good young starter.

I think that is going a little overboard there...it is a 9.5...if he gets hot it won't matter.

I didn't think so, but figured I would ask...some people are crazy about "true" gems

When a player gets hot...I think there are more collectors like me...I am buying the card and if it is slabbed fine, if not fine...and I sure don't go over it with a fine toothed comb when it arrives.
