My thoughts and feelings on this site...

For the last few months, I have been out of collecting, basically selling off my collection piece by piece. Over that time, I still visit here daily. Even though I do not buy anything any more, I still love coming on here to read what is going on in the card world. I still find myself reading about error cards or limited print runs even though I haven't bought a card in months. I still love reading about all of the prospects and who is doing well. I like reading about the guys who will hopefully be on Sportscenter in the next couple years.

For me, this site has been so much more than just about cards. I really get a lot of information about baseball that I wouldn't get anywhere else. This place is so informative and I hope it continues to grow.

I'll likely never buy another card again, but I'm sure I will continue to visit this site for years to come. I've made some good friends here along the way and enjoy seeing new people come in all the time. It's funny because I feel like I am a lurker on here, but I really don't have much to add any more.

Anyway, I just wanted to encourage everyone who has something to do with this site to keep doing everything with excellence like you have already done. This is a great place to visit every day and while I may have given up on cards, I doubt I will ever give up this site.

Thanks for making not just the hobby, but baseball in general, fun....

Agreed, to a large extent. I have also found some of the gems of my collection here, so it is somewhat about the cards for me, as well..

I agree with all that's been said in this thread. I'm not much more than a nobody on this site, but still enjoy coming and reading up on what's new & exciting, or even just checking out what someone got in the mail today. Occasionally, I'll post something, but I have just as much fun just reading what everyone else posts.
