Matt LaPorta seems like a "last in" addition. He's fine this year, but I think there are other players having better years.

If it's straight up performance, then sure put Matt Moore there. But otherwise, I'd say he's too high. Keep in mind that he's a hard throwing lefty in a beginner's league/level. I'd really wait until he reaches HiA before making any conclusions about him.

Jordan Lyles???

I would take EVERY other pitcher on your list over Jordan Lyles....
Plus 3 players ahead of him will no longer be prospects, so Lyles is the best prospect in baseball???

Wade Davis should be sitting in the top ten, not Lyles

Wade Davis is almost 24 years old.

Lyles is 18 years old throws 92-94 hits 96, throws a plus changeup and an above average curve. Great size and Mechanics as well.

24 means he is too old??? Man, you must not have been in the prospecting world very long. I would much rather take a guy who also throws 92-94, who hits 95-96, WHO HAS ALREADY BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT AA and AAA.

There are alot of 18 year olds with the same stuff that Lyles has. BUT, not that many of them make it up the ladder and have the same success that Wade Davis has had to this point.

Lyles is NOT a top 50 prospect on ANY real list. And he would be VERY lucky to Make BA's top 100. Where as Wade Davis WILL make the top 20 in BA's list.

I know this is just one person's opinion....but what does Tommy Hanson have to do to be number 1 here? He is currently on a 23 inning scoreless streak is 4-0 and has a 2.25 ERA in his first 6 games as a professional.

Probably the bias in me, but I think Bumgarner has had the best season as a pitcher out of all prospects who haven't made the big leagues yet.
