He didn't sign so like all other donruss products they still print the card they just put no autograph on it

kcgranola has a couple of cards like that....they sent redemptions like those out along with replacements so those cards would get out into circulation for set builders if I'm not mistaken.

If I was a set builder or Robert Ferguson collector I would have preferred it if they just listed that the card didn't exist.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I always thought it was kind of cool that Donruss did this.
Could be wrong on this, but I thought they also sent a replacement....figured it was a situation at that point out of their control, so thought it was nice they at least try to make amends for that - and account for the card (something that at least could be a pc card) and then still give out a replacement. Always seemed better than the "too bad" stick a random card in a bubble mailer approach UD seems to take with their replacements.

Indeed they do send a replacement along with the 'no auto' card. I've had this happen to one of my redemptions before.
