I am a big Todd Helton fan. Individual cards wouldnt be too expensive, but he has a crazy huge amount of cards because he was THE Rockies player to put into insert and GU sets for many years. If i started collecting him i would want them all, and I could go broke buying them all up.

My Helton collection is up to exactly 900 cards. A really nice collection, 900 is a big number, but he has close to 6800 cards. You could add 10 Heltons per day to a PC and be barely over 50% after a year!

Kent Hrbek I've met him a few times and he has been really cool everytime I don't think he has a lot of following as far as collectors go

Kerry Wood and Shawon Dunston. I put enough money into the Ryno collection, so there's no way I could have picked up another player.

I also thought about Jerry Rice and Isiah Thomas, but I know nothing about football and basketball cards. And the money thing.

Frank because I seemed to pull decent inserts of him. I didn't like him enough to take away from Rickey, but I thought he was a good player and he seemed to love playing the game.

I was thinking of adding either a Greg Maddux (Braves) or Alex Rodriguez (Mariners) insert collection to supplement my Frank Thomas one. I gave up on the higher end inserts of Thomas since it got too pricey and those other players would be a cheaper alternative and had nicer looking uniforms to boot.

I always considered starting a Bo Jackson collection. He was greatest thing ever when I first got into collecting. I just know that a lot of his high end stuff gets pricey. I decided on Brady Anderson to supplement my Ripken Collection. Cost stays fairly low on Brady Stuff unless it's a gold refractor! lol.
