My dad got 11/15...so I've gotta run out and find/trade for at least 1 set, and chase that Auto!

Looks like Crosby, Lecavalier, Iginla and Stevie-Y are in similar packs.

I just got back and ended up with 5 packs. All 5 packs me and my gf got at London Drugs. When we got to Toys R us, there was about 8 of us collectors all together at customer service and we asked where we get the packs from? The women had no idea or was playing dumb to what we where talking about. We even showed her the big Poster on the wall 3 feet away promoting National Hockey Card Day and told her that they are suppose to be handing out free packs. She called the manager up to the front and the manager came up front and told us all packs where given out before 12 noon and he has none left.

Oh and I haven't opened my packs yet, but i will a little bit later and i will take some pictures!!! Pray for Tavares rookie cards

wow that is nice and fatguy yeah live in the North. Im actually thinking about going back to London Drugs here, lol. We kinda figured maybe the manager at toys r us ended up keeping most of the packs for himself. We thought it was weird that all the packs were given out in less than 2 hours.

Just went back to London Drugs. There was different staff there from this morning, so i thought maybe they would give me a couple packs. The one girl working customer service was handing me a pack when i spoke up and said "can i please have an extra pack please?". I could tell she was gonna give me an extra pack when some other girl who was about 18 spoke up and said "NO, one per customer". I just gave the original girl a sad look and said "uhhhhhh". She looked at the other girl with a "just give him an extra pack look" and the 18 year old girl spoke up and said "He just wants an extra pack so he can get the $1000 Crosby card and sell it". I just smiled, said thanks and left :lol: :lol: ::facepalm::


Oh and i opened that pack in my card, Evander Kane RC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah tough call. The only way i can see this being somewhat alright is if UD gave the shop owner so many packs that he gave his customers a ton and still had this left over. Even then i guess he could have saved them to give away another day.

My dad went out tonight and got 1 complete set. I'm 1 card short of a 2nd (Vinny), and probably 2 or 3 short of a 3rd.

Are the Vinny's Stevie Y's SP'd????? I got 0 of either, dad only got 1 vinny, and 2 Steves out of probably close to 20 packs
