Lakers are currently 6.5pt favorites in tonight's game. I say they win... by single digits. Denver should be competitive, but LAL will advance 4-2.

It's good to be underdogs. Technically were not in Vegas but still. I hope we see the old Carmelo, that get's frustrated early. Or the old JR smith that throws up bad shots. 9-1 against them in the last 10, I'll take the Lakers chances.

I don't know how the Lakers' front line can come close to matching the toughness and intensity of Denver's front line.

The nuggets went against the mavs, one of the softest teams on the front line in the history of the NBA. Dirk? Dude doesn't get within 10 feet of the basket. Eric Dampier- no comment. Pau can post anyone on the Nuggets. He will also use his speed and passing ability to make Nene/birdman come out and guard him. Lamar matches up very good with Odom. Chauncey is my biggest concern. Fisher/Famar/Brown are small in comparison to him. Wouldn't be surprised to see Kobe on him a lot.

Bynum has too play tough.....and Odom needs to learn how to use his right hand....love the Lakers....but Bynum can be a ****' at times and Odom annoys the crap out of me with his left hand.

Gasol is one of the most athletically gifted big men out there. Too bad he's the biggest p*ssy on the planet. Birdman, K-Mart and Nene are all the opposite; they don't have a ton of talent (K-Mart has some, but not like Gasol) but they want it 100x more than Bynum and Gasol. I fully expect them to beat the crap out of the Lakers front line all series.

And kobeardolt...Fisher has looked pretty good tonight from what I've seen...

Brandan Bass is stronger and more aggressive than anyone on LA...

I like how the refs only call a foul if it majorly effects the play. They waited about 3 seconds to call that reach in on K-Mart because the ball ended up in Denver's hands. Speaking of which, that was a horrendous foul. Not only does it give the Lakers 2 points and force Denver to score again, but it guarantees LA the last posession.

The sign of bad NBA coaching: the biggest plays for the Lakers went through Kobe, while the biggest plays for the Nuggets went through Anthony Carter, JR Smith and Kenyon Martin and not Billups and Melo.
