NCAA March Madness groups on ESPN?

I'm hoping to set one of these up at work. However, every year, it seems like a mad rush after selection sunday, to make sure those involved are signed up on whatever site is chosen to run the group and make sure they accept their invite to the March Madness group. I'm hoping to alleviate some of this chaos by setting up the group ahead of time and having everyone involved already invited and signed up before selection sunday. That way, everyone will only have to log on again and make their picks. I'd prefer to run this on ESPN, but I may opt for another site if I can get it started earlier elsewhere. Is this possible or do I have to wait until selection sunday to start forming the group? Has anyone done this part online ahead of time before? I'd appreciate any help or tips. Thanks.

Sorry I can't really help with your main question, as I've never set up a group.......and maybe I'm stating the obvious, but if it has been a hassle in the past, remember it will probably even be a bigger one this year.....

I nearly forgot myself until I heard it mentioned the other day - the play-in games are on Tuesday.
Unlike the past play-in game that was an automatic loss to the #1 seed these are with at-large teams that could win a couple games. You basically get Monday to fill them out now.
