What did it sell for?

Well after it was listed originally, when I had the best offer, it was put in the stores. Finally I contacted the guy and asked what it would take to get it, the next day it's gone at $750 or around there.

good price, or no?

seems like his stuff went into ridiculis levels the next day or two after it sold[/quote:4sgud7f0]

I wouldn't doubt that it could bring a little more if put back up for sale. I'd say around a grand is the most I'd expect. Then again, I've been caught off gaurd by the insane price jump. Just when you think you have a good idea of what's going on in the market, you get humbled. ;)

Ok guys, I'm about to bust the case. Will do a live set-by-set bust on the box break board momentarily.

Should I rip the case or leave it sealed.

Should I rip the rip card or sell it as is.

As anyone ever gotten an overwelming response to keep it as is and not rip?? I have no money involved in the case/rip card...... RIP IT!!!!!!!!

Did it even sell? I made 2 decent offers on the card, but they were declined, but I never remember seeing the completed listing. He put it in the store after it failed to sell. The seller also had 2-3 other Strasburg cards in the store, but they were all taken down at once, right when things started to get hot.

Here's the completed listing. I was very annoyed that he let my offer expire when he first listed it, especially after declining the others.

Ah, he must have relisted it after running it for auction at $750.00. That's interesting. That card had very little interest at it's price range while it was being ran the first time.

I picked up a sealed 2009 USA case at what I'd consider to be a good price ($600 dlvd for a 5-set case).

As you all no doubt know, Strasburg's cards have been going berserk. However, he doesn't have a whole lot of presence throughout the product (several of his cards were yanked at the last minute).

Wondering whether it's worth it to bust it or not. Docsilvey told me he's busted several cases and didn't hit any of the "bigger" Strasburg autos. No Harpers, either.

Curious to get input.

Looking at your sig I noticed this card on EBAY.. How high will it go?
