I contacted the seller about this twice already with no response. How do I file a dispute with this or what do I do? Thanks for the help in advance.

I am sorry. I forgot to state I have not recieved the item yet.

no card yet and the seller's not responding?

on your my ebay page, under item's won, just look at the right hand side of the auction where you see a down arrow. click "resolve problem" and i think that's the steps to take, if i remember
