Need help finding information on a card NOT on checklist

So I am trying to have a 2019 Topps Transcendent Alex Rodriguez Auto purple /10 graded, but there is no information on it. Can some one assist and explain why something like this would not be on the checklist?

Believe this 2020 item below is what is the proper OPG / Name for your card
Horizontal Transcendents tend to be referred to as "variation"
Multiple experiences getting the McGwires corrected in OPG over the years
