Will Inman has his first ever chrome card out in 2008 bcdp but it is a picture of him in his futures game uniform...

They did not issue a regular card just this one. So my question is, is this still his first real rookie chrome card or because it is futures game will it not be seen that way. I am confused and havent seen this before

Uniform is irrelevant. First chrome card.

Before you go balls to the wall, though, realize he does have this...

I just put a Lou Marson 2008 SOTF on eBay and got $20.01 for it -- his true RC is 2004 BCDP.

There's some impact there.

If it has the "1st Bowman Chrome Card" logo in the top left as seen here, it's usually a safe bet that it is the guy's first chrome card. There are exceptions where they seem to have messed this up such as Jon Jay having a chrome with that logo in both 2006 and 2008. Happy buying!!

I believe Taylor Teagarden is the same situation (had an SOTF but his 08 BDP is his first actual non insert card)

Its hard to say. There were 20 card lots of each set and the RC Logo sold for more ($2.24) than the FG ($1.50). There were 2 gold refs that ended at around the same time and the FG sold for $7.53/RC Logo $4.49.

Both.

His 2007 SOTF is his first MLB licensed card, but it IS an insert card from an insert set. It isn't a situation like Longoria, where he had an 06 BDP auto, then 08 RC logos and autos.

The 2008 BCDP Teagarden green is his true rookie. I don't know why they're selling for dirt cheap ($4 for a blue?), but they are. I'm not one to ever pimp prospects or whatever, but as it stands, his Bowman Chrome card will probably go down as his best true RC. He also has a Heritage High Series and Topps U&H. He hasn't had anything in UD products yet and I don't think they'll be putting out any end of season Exquisite type products with autos. His cards are terribly underpriced right now.
