Need Help Identifying Billy Williams Blue Jersey Patch

I've been buying the jumbo patches of vintage players, but this Billy Williams patch has me confused. Based upon my internet research, the Cubs didn't have any light blue uniforms until Billy left the team. Billy played on the Cubs from '59-'74, but according to the HOF website's uniform database the Cubs' road uniform wasn't light blue until '76. The Cubs had a light blue road jersey (which matches up with these patches) from '76-'81, then it turned to dark blue and then the current gray. I would love to have a jumbo Billy Williams patch in my collection, but unless someone can shed some light on this I will have to assume that it's from a spring training jersey.

EDIT- There is also a 2001 SP Legendary Cuts jersey of Billy on Ebay that is from this same color jersey.

He was the Cubs hitting coach from '80-'82 and '86-'87. It could be from those years. In the minds of upper deck that would probably count as game used.
