Need help identifying early 90's oddball

Could some knowledgeable person please help me identify this Ryno oddball. I believe its from 90 or 91 but I have no other information. It is metal, and the back is black.

no, just the Ryno. I was talking to a fellow super collector who has the same card and no idea what it is
