Need help ID'ing 2013 Leaf Under Armor player

I cannot figure out who is really pictured on the card below. Leaf totally screwed this card up on every possible level. There is no need to see the back since every bit of the information from Leaf is incorrect. I went through the entire released checklist and never found the card. It is either a card never released or one that was never added to the checklist.

I did a complete check from the checklist using COMC, google images and Ebay. Between them every card from the checklist had scans, not one matched this card. I should also note that the autograph is of Ryan Burns who was not included in that set and it is clearly not him pictured. They also claim on the back that it is a plate from the Metal set, that is also not possible.
