So, I bought a LaPorta Sterling Ref Auto around December 21st. He said he didn't have a scanner, but the card looked great. He did not say anything about the card being overly o/c. So, I got it in the mail yesterday, and the card was like 90/10 l/r centering.
I sent him a PM explaining that fact. He read it, and ignored it.
Should I file a claim? If not, what should I do?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see what you can do. To him the card may have looked great, but there is no definition for great. Some can think that a base card is "great".

I can't file a claim as item not as described. This is now by far the worst centered card in my collection. When I asked, he never replied it was off center like 90/10.

Give him time to respond.

but...

Can it HURT to file a INAD claim? So eBay may not side with you, but you never know. Plus, just filing the claim might scare him enough to own up to it. If he truely doesn't give a response, that says to me that he knows he's wrong and he's avoiding you.
