Need help posting pictures

how can I post pictures on here? When I click the pic icon it asks for a URL...i have them all saved on my computer. how do i transfer to this site?

click the browse button on top

There is a spot at the top of the window. One says from URL, one says from COMPUTER. Click the corresponding one and bam.

I have tried a few times as well and still cannot upload pictures anymore. Could be the user since I suck with computers

I don't see an option for COMPUTER...just keeps saying URL or Link or Computer video
