Need help with this James Jones card from 09BDPP?

The scan is in my flicker bucket.The card is /199,but it saids refractor,but by the look at the front it looks to me as a Xfractor.

Any help would be great.

All parallels are listed as Refractors on the backs this time. Yours is an Xfractor regardless.
