need help with two SHAQ inserts PICs included

alright, i have 2 insert cards that i am not sure what they are. i think they might be promotional cards but i am not sure. I do not have scans at this time but i will give all the details i possibly can. any help would be appreciated thank you

1) Shaq from 94/95 sports stars usa card number 100
This has a picture of SHAQ when he pulled down the entire backboard and caused the game to be delayed. it has SHAQ down the side in gold/rainbow look. also has a facismile auto of him and also pictures him in the bottom right hand corner holding the rim he pulled down

2)this has david robinson/o'neal/Olajuwon all on the card. it states "TOWERS OF POWER" and also has there names in gold/rainbow and also has there nicknames above their pictures.
On the back of the card it has a list of league leaders in blocks and on the bottom right hand corner says card number 130

I know this is really vaque but i just can't get a scan at this time. Hope someone can help.Thanks

They are both Broders (homemade cards essentially). Any time you can't see a recognizable brand name on front and/or back, can't see a copyright/trademark on the back, or see a card with that kind of foil, chances are that will be the case.
