Need Info on 80's Poster - Rickey, Jack Clark and McGruff

That's Jack Clark, not Will.

The Giants started wearing those unis in 1983, so it's either 1983 or 1984 (Jack went to the Cards for '85).

That's McGruff, not Smokey... I think it was a local promotion, not National.
