Need input about ebay auctions ending around July 4th weekend

What do you think about having auctions end next Sunday July 5th or maybe Thursday July 2nd? It's 4th of July weekend so do you think it would hurt the prices ending the Thursday the 2nd (people possibly getting ready for the holiday weekend) or Sunday The 5th (people still getting back home from the weekend) ?

I have a guy who sells my cards for me and has time to list them this coming Sunday and thought about either 5 day which would end Thursday July 2nd or 7 day ending Sunday July 5th.

What at do you think?

I really feel with cell phones and the eBay app timing isn't as important as it once was. I watch auctions and I get a reminder so it can be Wednesday at noon and I'd know its ending.

Ummm I wouldn't think so. For me and I'm guessing most people, both cards and fireworks are extras, not necessities. Although, I don't have kids so I haven't had to tell a kid no fireworks so I can pick up this auto I want.

I was thinking the same. Pulled a nice football auto and want to list tomorrow night but was a little hesitant. I'm guessing Sunday night is better. Most people have off on Friday so most fireworks displays will be Friday & Saturday night. Like Anthony said, with smart phones it's become less of an issue, IMO.
