Need Opinions.Would you consider this a variation?

Looks to me like a bad scan, bad print, or someone smeared something on the card. The streaks seem odd.

Its not the scan,i looked at the card closely.It looks like during the printing that something smeared.I pulled 6 Elways from 2 boxes and this 1 is the only like that.

Looks more like a print defect than anything I'd call a "variation"
