SO I bought this Ripken.

According to the online checklist (unless I'm looking at it wrong) it only listed the /75 version and the Gold /NA version.

Can someone tell me what card I have exactly, so I can mark my spreadsheet correctly.

what you have is the 2001 ultimate collection ultimate signatures BASE auto

there are 4 different versions

base version (you have) #/150
silver version #/24
copper version #/70
gold version #/15
