Need some advice for a sticky ebay situation...

bought a lot of 500 carlos lee cards on ebay for around 25, i emailed the seller to tell him i paid and lmk when he ships, didnt get a response...then doin my daily search i see the lot relisted, now the guy deals with alot of huge lots, but i just dont see him havin 1000 carlos lee's layin around...he hasnt answered any of my messages (only left 2) just wanna hear opinions on this

When was payment made, and how long has it been?

If you don't hear anything after 14 days from the date of payment, file a claim to get the fire lit under their ass.
