Need some boxing gloves recommendations

Can anyone here recommend some 16oz gloves to hit a heavy bag with? The gym I go to sells some Title ones for $80. I'm sure I can do better than that. What are some good ones and where can I get them?

Is it just boxing gloves you want or will you be cross training in muay thai as well?

The absolute best boxing gloves I have ever trained in were cleto reyes'. They are expensive but well worth it.
But lots of boxers I know train with everlast, ringside, or grants.

Outside of that I would say your setting yourself up for disappointment.

Even though they are a Muay Thai glove, they are really awesome. The fit is amazing, the protection is amazing, and they feel great on the bag.

Seems that the boxing gloves is nice and the price is not expensive.

yeah, completely depends what youre going to be hitting.. punching bags, other boxers, hookers, rocky-style meat racks, etc..
