It is the prime version, but I am still a little worried. Did they even put tags in this set? Any help would be appreciated!

Here is a scan of the back:

Re: Need some help with this patch

Left side of the window looks a little bent up and the patch doesn't seem to fit, but I have some cards from that set that I pulled myself with the same type of damange and I think there is a Josh Beckett collector on this board or on the old BMB that had a card from that set with a jersey tag in it.

This one is tough to see but the top of the window was all bent up out of the pack.

This card is the base version, not the prime but is has a very small piece of patch in it, again pack pulled.

If it's this card:

2005 Zenith Z-Jerseys Prime #98 Miguel Cabrera/150

It could be legit. A prime card /150 like that, there could be several ridiculous patches out there.

Looks fake because of the damage and the fact the patch doesn't cover the entire square.

It is #018/150 on the back. I just added a scan of it.

For some reason, I guess since I own one, I've noticed this particular card (Miguel Cabrera) has some really great patch swatches. I've seen three other multi-colors that rival mine. Hadn't seen a laundry tag but I'm going to say yours is legit.

Wouldn't worry about that too much, I've seen other Donruss laundry tag cards that don't fill the entire window. Their odd size when glued into the space sometimes comes up a little short. If the window frame shows any damage, that's your biggest tip off that it was monkey'd with. Or if you look at the edges of the card and notice a seperation line where the two halves of a card might have been reglued together.
