He always has been. It's just the last few years he's had an incredible roster full of hungry vets. Remember before 07 when everyone was screaming for his head? How quickly we forget.

I still feel Doc is a horrible coach

I was thinking the same thing when we blew that Cavs game the other night. There is alot of things he needs to change but he really needs to change the way he uses that rotation. He's bringing guys out to fast, leaving guys sitting to long and riding the bench even when the other team is comming back then finally puts back the starters when it's already too late. He also need to learn how to take a timeout and utilize KG better as clearly his knee is still bad. At this point (Even if Pierce comes back) he needs to change his coaching strategy or we will be out in the first round.

Doc has never done anything impressive other than winning a title with 3 Hall of Famers. Anyone who ever thought he was a decent coach wasn't paying attention. I'd be pretty embarrassed if I were the Celtics.

Imagine how good your Nets will be next year with John Wall LeBron and Wade. It would be even better if the new owner is able to lure Coach K away from Duke like he's been trying to do. When the new stadium gets built in the Bronx I think the Nets will leapfrog the Knicks and be top dog in NY. The aura of MSG can only go so far.

Too bad the Nets won't have John Wall, LeBron, and Wade, but that's a nice what-if scenario.

The Nets can only afford one big contract player. If they got lebron or Wade and did win the lottery and got Wall, and was able to trade Harris to fill a need, they wqould have a huge turnaround. A real lot needs to happen for this to come true
