CDR looked really good tonight and hit a clutch 3 to put away the Heat. The Nets have really impressed me since Harris went down. They've got the Cav's next. Should be a real test. Harris getting hurt might be a blessing in disguise.

How would Harris's injury affect the Heat? :P

Not to sound like an ass, but how on earth can you guys watch the NBA with march madness going on? The quality of play and intensity is just so much better. To each their own, but I just don't get it.

I can't keep up with it. Too many teams, too many players to keep up with for me personally, and I don't have a team to root for.

 I also do not watch college ball much for the same reason as Wehttam6 explained, I can't keep up with it, Too many teams, too many players to keep up with , and I don't have a team to root for (Maybe Oregon Ducks when they are competing). Not only that I hate to see a guy get hyped and then he turns out to be a complete bust and It happens all the time. To me the NBA exposes how good a player really is. I guess like you said to each thier own.

That's fine. I just can never understand how people can watch 82 games of guys putting forth a half-assed effort. The Celtics are one team I don't hate to watch because when KG is in there, he gets everyone to show up every night, but I can't think of another team like that).

Those guys can play half assed for 82 games and still play better and more entertaining basketball than college kids. Out of all the teams and players, a very small percentage are good enough to play on the next level.

you summed that up for me perfectly, i can watch nba games all day mainly because it is the best of the best...less than five total players in the ncaa tourney right now will make a big impact on the highest level

While your point is understood, that's simply not true. Where do you think pros play before they are in the pros?
And talent doesn't necessarily make it a good brand of basketball. I like to see teams have to work for their points and work for their stops. Possessions where Kobe dribbles for 15 seconds and then takes a pull up jumper might be entertaining for you, but it's piss poor basketball.

College basketball is much more exciting to watch, no doubt, but I just can't keep up with all of it and, like I said earlier, I don't have a team to root for.

I was arguing with someone today (imagine that) that there is NO college team that could the worst NBA team in the league. It wouldn't even be close IMO.
