My Question is what do the dots represent

I think the dots represent who lead off the inning.

That's my guess.

I think the dots may be the amount of hits? You can look up on yahoo and find out.

i think they just didnt put the last dot for the tigers cause when they got the last out in the 9th the game was over

That's it because Ordonez made the last out of the 8th inning and Cabrera made the last out for NY in the 9th.

I am gonna try and see how many of the players listed i can get to sign it.
I love in michigan now and plan to move to new york soon so i hope i will be able to get at least a few.
