I received a flyer and a new card holder from Card Case Pro with my latest win from prewarcardcollector or Brent.

They are pretty nice and I went to their website and they have some very spiffy card cases. I really really really like the large window holders (you can see the whole card), the one he sent to me is the small window version (all you can see is the label).

The cases are 79 bucks delivered. I don't have enough good stuff to get one but if I ever start some bigger registry sets I would use one of those bad boys for sure.

How does this card case compare to some of the others around? I am looking to upgrade my box(cardboard) for something a little nicer. $79 seems a bit high, no?

actually the price seems really reasonable for a custom box

And I don't know anyone who has one of these, so we can't tell you how they are.

By _ For _ has been around for ages

Personally, we stole it from FuBu
You mean FCB's slogan is "Five Urban Brothers United"? Oh wait, I forgot they changed it to try and scare us white kids away from the product. Didn't work though I've still got my FUBU jersey in my close drawers. Sorry for the useless post.

People discussed Pelican cases a while back I think, very nice, but very expensive if I remember. I'd like to hear some other options too, as I'm looking for a nice case for my cards in one touches.

I have seen wooden ones with no padding, no locks and holds less cards for about 70 bucks delivered.

Penzonni sold wooden ones as well. I have one old wooden made by Roop and its heavy as heck and the the cards move around alot when you pick it up by the handle.

If they had these out then I would of bought one of these instead of the Roop. These are also made for people who may go to shows or travel with their cards as it looks flight ready to me.

depending on what one wants to spend on storage, you can go in many directions.

because i have a slab problem, i use these:

each box holds about 80 graded cards.
Blowout has them in bundles of 25 for $39

i need to order 25 more

I use those as well. However when I go to shows I would rather carry that case around than one of those boxes.

Now if they could make the same case and add wheels and a collapsable handle, you would have the perfect card show case.

The full window holders are a new concept that I really like.

That is a great point and i totally agree that if i were to carry my slabs around, i would like the protection that the topic at hand provides

You can store your one touches and not just slabs in these, no? I don't see why not.

Probably, with some extra foam. Just looking for something less expensive.

I'm definitely picking one up for my one touches. Tired of cardboard breaking down. I'm thinking they should work fine for them as well.

Just saw it says capacity is 184 PSA cases, might have to pick up a couple!

If anyone would prefer a Pelican case with foam that can be modified however you'd like, let me know. My company is a direct distributor for Pelican and Storm Cases. I can probably do better on the pricing as well.

Which pelican case is the one most used to customize for graded cards? Too many different case measurements for me to figure it out.
