As you guys know, I make cut signatures out of my signed IC's made to look like an SP Legendary Cuts design. I recently ran into a problem with a rushed IP sig of Nolan Ryan. It was to tall and narrow to turn into a traditional cut without changing my design. To solve the problem, I came up with this:

It is 3.5 x5 and made on cardboard stock like my other ones. Do you think making these, with the company logos taken out, is a good way to store the large cuts, or should I just leave them as IC's? (I am talking about lower-end players of course) PLMK what you think.

that cut should be on a horizontal card. Unless you only use vintage designs that might be a better look for that auto. Maybe a more recent card with a Met or Angel pic would look just as fine.

I would personally just leave the index card but if you want to make a cut, you can also try one of the newer inserts. They also have a lot of blank space to work with.

It is postcard size but would fit quite nicely. If you want some more options, click on the sig.

Someone mentioned that odd shaped cuts should stay as ICs. I disagree, a properly designed card will make an odd shaped cut look great.

This is one of mine.

I stand corrected.

Right now, I am putting together a bunch of custom cut cards and I'm just blinding myself for the "standard" size signature box because I made a custom die/punch to punch out the signature cut window.

I do know one thing...I prefer standard card sized custom cuts over anything else. NOTE: I haven't built the test dummy yet, but the scaled Photoshop mock-up look like this...and I have 7 completed.

Okay, I made a new design and put it together. I will get scans up in a minute.
