New Ebay Listing Setup - Can't Find Best Offer

Went to list something tonight and the page where you set up the listing has changed for me. No problem, I can handle a little change. But for the life of me, I can't find the "add a Best Offer" option when setting a fixed price listing. Granted, I'm half asleep and my head is splitting open, but I just don't see it. Any help please!

I see it. It is right where it always has been .
When you it the fixed price tab it is right below where you enter you starting amount
it says

Buy It Now price (see listing fees - opens in a new window or tab) Help on Buy It Now price $

Best Offer Help on best offer. Allow buyers to send you their Best Offers for your consideration

Ha yeah I don't know what the damn deal is. It just changed the other night. Haven't tried to list anything else yet so we'll see how it goes the next time. I finally just saved the listing and finished it on my phone which allowed me to add the best offer.
