New Ebay Payment Screen--A bit confused

Got a new payment screen when I tried to make a payment. It says either propay or other CC services, yet when I click other CC services, it has a note saying please contact seller to make payment via CC. Then I'm not really sure what ProPay is. I used to just be able to select either my bank account or CC as a funding option. Probably a simple answer but I didn't want to screw something up and end up using the wrong option and then get charged for it.

Maybe its not as simple? Anyone else ever get this screen?

Yea, I have... It's been like that for a couple of months. I think Ebay did that since it decided to use Paypal exclusively.

hmm, last week when I made a payment I got the normal one. Which one should I use if I just want to use the CC on file with paypal

Some sellers (i think sellers with their own ebay stores) usually do that... I could be wrong. I just do paypal.

I think that has to do with the settings of the seller. Perhaps they don't have paypal marked as an option for payment?

hmm, that looks to be the case. Under payments it says Visa/Mastercard/Discover, propay. I though Ebay required payments to go through paypal? Guess i'll just try to figure out how to pay.

um, i went with the "other CC services" option and "confirmed payment". All it said was now contact the seller to pay via CC. Very bizarre. If it wasn't a 1/1 Superfractor I wouldn't have an issue getting in touch with them but I just want to send the damn payment through paypal like every other payment I send, lol.

I had that awhile back on a purchase. The seller did not accept paypal but took a credit card payment.
