Ok I have 2 questions.

Question 1:
2004 Prime Cuts came in BGS holders. Why did they not grade them? All cards should be 10 in my opinion as they were never circulated without cases.

Question 2:
I found someone that does BGS submissions (for my autos). Who does PSA submissions for my 90's inserts?

Cards can be damaged in production and just transport etc so I'd disagree that all are 10's.

Jeffv96masters does bulk subs , hit him up and I'm sure he can help you submitting them.

Doesn't necessarily mean that they currently have the card, but 9s are nice also

I often sub to PSA for people. I dont know of other trustworthy people on FCB that sub to PSA.
