NFL Draft contest Winner announced!

I was looking for a Rod Woodson Topps PSA rookie for collection and came across an auction for a lot of 2 PSA 9's.I won the auction for what 1 would have cost me so I figured I would give away the extra.

So here is the contest.Since there is a ton of speculation on where Tannehill ends up,pick the team and what number overall he gets selected.Tie breaker will be determined via random.org.If nobody answers both parts correctly we will go to closest to the pick number without going over.

The card is not in hand yet so I don't have scan available.
All picks are due in by noon est. on Thursday.
