1) that was my BIN price, so it couldn't have gone higher than my BIN
2) last 200 f/b, one neutral 2 neg. neutral was because it took me three weeks to ship, i had some family stuff to deal with and told him. the neg, one was because i wouldn't sell the item when the buyer told me he wanted to use a MO even though the auction clearly stated paypal only. the last was on a laptop when the buyer claimed i didn't outline everything in the description, even though I did.
